Why this notice This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. The data will be processed only for the operations necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this document and in any other information provided to users at the time of collection of their data and to which reference should be made. The data will be processed in compliance with all applicable regulations and in accordance with
REGULATION (UE) 2016/679.
The data may also be organised in databases, including computerised databases. This document also constitutes an informative note that is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of
REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, to those who interact with the web services of this site, for the purpose of protecting personal data.
The site in question is www.trilab.it corresponding to the home page of the site. The information is provided only for the site in question and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. They are autonomous data controllers. The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the procedures, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection. The server where the personal data relating to the site are stored is located at Amazon in Europe. In addition to the location of the server, the data may be processed at the Company's headquarters and at the offices of any appointed data processors (as well as at any third parties to whom the data may be communicated as independent data controllers and who are indicated in this policy or in the relevant information on the site). We remind you that all data may always be processed to assert or defend a right of the Company in the appropriate forums and for all the obligations laid down by law, regulation or Community legislation, remembering that in this sense the provision of data is necessary and failure to do so will make it impossible to access the site and / or establish any relationship with the Company (even simply by writing an e-mail for information) and that for these purposes the data may be and communicated to judicial or police, lawyers and anyone necessary precisely to meet the obligations laid down by law, regulation or legislation or to enforce or defend a right in the appropriate forums. Types of data processed and processing methods Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used by the Company for the only purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or more generally against the Company. The data may be processed in paper, manual, computer and telematic form (therefore the Company stores and processes the data both on paper and computer). 3. Data provided voluntarily by the user
With regard to specific conferments for which there is a specific form, please refer to those forms and to the specific information. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site (in the event that only the e-mail address is indicated and there is no specific form for completion of which, please refer to the specific information that regulates the conferment in the various forms), will result in the subsequent acquisition by the Company of the sender's address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message (and attachments to the same) or in the appropriate forms. In this case (the one in which only the address is indicated and there is no specific form to fill in, in the presence of which please refer to the specific information that regulates the conferment in the various forms) the conferment of data is optional, but the failure to provide the address or other data necessary to process the request, will make the processing of the request itself impossible. By sending the e-mail, the interested party explicitly consents to the processing of data to process requests.
In the case of requests for the dispatch of material, the data necessary for dispatch may be communicated to Poste-Corrieri. The data, in paper or electronic format, may be processed both manually and by means of computer/telematic tools, also organising the data in computer databases. The data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes indicated.

Rights We inform you that the GDPR provides for the possibility for the data subject to request from the data controller (at the addresses indicated above) access to and rectification of personal data, erasure of data or restriction of processing concerning him/her, data portability; the data subject may also have the possibility to object to the processing of data and to exercise the other rights contained in Chapter 3 Section 1 of the GDPR including the right to withdraw consent, where applicable: withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.

Legal basis The legal basis is constituted by legal obligations (Italian and European laws) and consent where required and in the case of data provided voluntarily by users, as well as the legitimate interests of the data controller in the relationship with the user, such as those of asserting or defending a right of the Company.
8. Scope of communication and dissemination No data will be disclosed by the Company.
With regard to specific processing for which there is a specific form on the site or a special section in this policy, please refer to those forms and specific sections.
