Products purchased on TONSOR1951.it will be delivered all over Italy within 72 working hours (generally delivery takes 24/48 working hours except for Sicily, Sardinia, Apulia and Calabria where delivery is expected in 48/72 working hours) from receipt and payment of the order.

TONSOR1951 has chosen for you the best Italian logistic partner: GLS. Our shipping service allows you to track your order from the departure from our warehouse to the arrival at your home or office.

In order to receive the products quickly and comfortably and to avoid your shipment going into storage, we recommend that you indicate the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. your work address) or where there is a trusted person who can collect your parcel.

We also recommend that you provide your mobile phone number for accurate and timely delivery.

In spite of these indications, if your shipment is held in storage for any reason, TONSOR1951 staff will contact you to give new delivery instructions to the courier.

We inform our customers that orders received and paid by 12:30 pm will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Orders received and paid after 12:30 pm will be guaranteed to be processed and shipped the following working day.

It is not possible to guarantee delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to TONSOR1951 (e.g. strikes, weather events, special holidays, etc.). Therefore, if these times are not guaranteed, the customer cannot claim compensation.

SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs in Italy are ALWAYS FREE with no minimum order quantity.

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE ITALY

For deliveries outside the national territory the cost will depend on the destination of the goods. At the moment it is not possible to buy from our website with delivery to a destination outside Italy. However, if you need it, please contact our customer service at assistenza@tonsor1951.it so that we can find a solution and provide you with an estimate.
